Credits are our billing currency. Each search request consumes 1 credit, and each extraction request consumes 1 credit. Failed requests do not consume credits. You can purchase credit packages and they'll never expire.
How much do content extraction requests cost?
Content extraction requests cost 1 credit per URL. This covers the processing required to extract clean, readable content from any web page.
Do credits expire?
No, credits never expire. You can use them whenever you're ready, making our service perfect for variable usage patterns.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, we offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all credit purchases. If you're not satisfied with our service, and you haven't used more than 20% of your credits, contact our support team for a refund. We'll refund the value of your unused credits after deducting the cost of credits you've already used.
